Returns Policy

We value the trust and time of our clients and if for any reason you are not satisfied or the products you purchased are faulty, we will gladly accept a return of the goods or replace them depending on the terms of the producer’s warranty. 

The buyer has the right to terminate the distance contract without giving any reason. If you would like to use that law and return previously ordered goods please contact us via e-mail and we’ll send you details with the following steps. You should inform us within 14 days from receiving the package. 

Please note: Refund or replacement is possible when goods have not been used. The sender (customer) is responsible for proper packing and dispatch of goods to avoid any damage during the transport.

Unwanted Returns:

Please let us know within 14 days since the delivery if you wish to return products. Contact us at [email protected].

  • Refund or replacement is possible when goods have not been used. All items should be in a saleable condition, not be used and returned in their original packaging to obtain a full refund. 

  • Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense.

  • Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier.

  • Your return should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number, account number and order reference number (most of this information should be detailed on your invoice). To help us, to help you, we would appreciate you enclosing details of why you wish to return the product.

Shortages:

In case of a situation of an incomplete package please contact our customer service department at [email protected] within a week. We will advise you and inform you about further steps. 

Damaged Goods:

If the delivered package contains damaged goods please notify our Customer Service Department immediately ([email protected]). We will advise you and inform you about further steps. We also recommend our customers to ask the courier for the collection receipt and to write down a note with the courier’s signature with the information of the condition of the delivered package.

Used damaged goods can only be considered for the repair.
